About Henderson Saddle Company
For several generations, horses have been a part of our family. We have always taken advantage of any opportunity to fuel our passion for our western heritage. So, in 1999 when our neighbor, Kent Frecker, offered Skip a job in his Saddle Shop, Skip jumped at the chance. One year later Skip was already building saddles and Kent asked me (Dustin) to work with him at Frecker's Saddlery.

In the fall of 2002 we had the opportunity to start our own Saddle Shop. With Kent's help we were able to get off the ground by supplying Kent with saddles, stirrups, and hardware for a couple of years. As we've gotten into the saddle business we've realized how fortunate we were to have learned the saddle trade from Kent. We consider him as one of the greatest saddle makers in the country.
Dustin
For three years now, our Father, Bob Henderson has been building saddles with us and makes a very good saddle. We look forward to his retirement from electrical engineering when he will be in our shop "full time" (when he is not riding, fishing, or traveling). Our business is growing quickly and to accommodate our growth we are currently building a larger shop. Our new location is in the Rigby, Idaho area. We can't wait to move in and establish our business in this great community.
